Reservations - Terms & Conditions

Child Policy:
Children up to the age of 7 can share with their parents, should you wish to have an extra bed placed into your room for your child, this would be at an additional charge of R100.00 per day. Children under the age of 2 can be accommodated in a cot, this service is complimentary.

Dog Friendly:
We are a dog friendly hotel and can provide you with dog amenities (dog blanket, dog bowl and toy)

Confirmation of the reservation:
A 25% Non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation. Failure to confirm the reservation will result in cancellation of the booking without notice. Balance payable upon check-in.

A copy of your Passport / ID and credit card, if paying by credit card, are required to confirm the reservation.

Changes to reservations will only be accepted in writing.

Cancellation Policy:
100% of the deposit (or the cost of your first night) will be forfeited on cancellation of your confirmed booking
