Accommodation
Minimum two-night stay is required for all exclusive events.
Pre- or Post-night
A minimum of 15 rooms must be reserved and can be made up of any room type (**the above package rate is worked out based on 15 Superior Rooms for the pre or post nights).
Room rates:
- Superior Rooms (19) and regular Airstream Trailers
- Luxury Rooms (4): add R 220 per room
- Sugar Daddy Junior Suite (1) and Airstream Trailer Suite (1): add R 440 per room
- Grand Daddy One-Bedroom Suite (1): R2 200 per suite per night: add R 880 per room

All 33 rooms must be reserved.

Venue Hire:
The Venue @ R5 000 (including five function staff) includes access from 08h00 for setup.
If exclusive use of the Daddy Cool Bar is required, a non-refundable minimum spend on beverages is required.

- Honeymoon turn down and gift in wedding couple's suite
- Bottle of bubbly and snack platter for bride and bridesmaids while prepping for the big day

Airstream Rooftop Trailer Park
Perfect for
Engagement parties, anniversaries, birthdays ... or any kind of celebration, Daddy style.
Option 1: Sundowners
The ideal setting for winding up or down corporate or social drinks or for your pre-party snacks and cocktails. Available from 14h00 - 20h30.
Capacity
Platform area - maximum 30 people.
Entire rooftop** - maximum 50 people
**Day-time entire rooftop rental allows exclusive use of the rooftop park, but Airstream guests will be allowed upstairs.
Rate
Venue hire:
Platform area - R 2,000
Entire rooftop - R 5,000
Plus:
- Sunday to Thursday: Minimum bar spend of R2 000
- Friday and Saturday: Minimum bar spend of R2 500
Option 2: Exclusive Rooftop Rental
Perfect for small corporate functions, birthday parties, for bachelors or hen parties, or for album, television ad or short-film launches.
Strictly private.
Capacity
Maximum 85 guests.
Included
- Full use of seven Airstream Trailers (two guests per trailer)
- Exclusive use of the entire rooftop area from 14h00 to 11h00 the following
- Hearty breakfast for a maximum of two guests per trailer
- Bar staff and one waiter
- Optional extras can be arranged at additional costs
Rates
- High season (11/01/2012 to 30/04/2021 and 01/09/2012 to 20/12/2012): R16 000
- Low season (01/05/2012 to 31/08/2012): R12 500
- Peak season (20/12/2012 to 10/01/2013): R18 000
The rooftop park can be booked for photo shoots from Monday to Sunday.
- Half-day photo shoot: R4 500
- Full-day photo shoot: 7 000

The Pink Flamingo
The Pink Flamingo – South Africa’s only rooftop cinema – is available for exclusive bookings.
Showing films that have stayed in a happy corner of our memories, the Pink Flamingo is part drive-in, part social event and part adventure. Set in the world's only rooftop trailer park hotel, the Pink Flamingo celebrates the silver screen in a silver setting: right beneath the night sky.
Capacity
Maximum: 34 can be seated and have a clear view of the cinema.
Rates
Exclusive rooftop rental rate (seasonal) plus R2 500.
