Anyone who follows me on twitter will have witnessed my excitement as Thursday approaches.  Not because it is Thirsty Thursday, not because tomorrow is Friday and not even because its the day my maid comes...

 

But because it is the day for the healthiest drink I consume all week, the most delicious lunch that I have to eat for brunch and the best biltong I have found in Cape Town.  It is, of course, the day where Earth Fair Market transforms St George’s Mall into a bustling organic market and collaboration of beautiful people and smells that will make your tummy rumble.  All your senses explode as you wander past the stalls of temptation.

 

Yet every week I remain focused and can’t be pulled away from my South American taco, with beans, mushrooms and chorizo… my Mexican brunch from Orinoco.

 

As they say pictures speak more than words so feast your eyes on this and tell me you don’t wish it was Thursday today… and everyday….
