Bubble Wrap: Van Hunks
“The stranger saw this as a challenge and they smoked. And they smoked and smoked until Table Mountain was covered in their fumes. Van Hunks was holding his own, showing no sign of tiring, when the frustrated stranger wiped his brow, knocking his hat off, revealing a nifty set of horns. Unmasked, Satan lost his rag and disappeared in a sulphuric bang, leaving Van Hunks short of breath but unbeaten.”
These days complaints and dissatisfied customers are broadcasted amongst various social media channels which makes it more vital than ever for the brand to react in a positive and sensitive way. It tells you a lot about a brand with how they deal with unhappy clients.
I had a below average experience one Sunday at Van Hunks, and mentioned it on facebook. A couple of days later I received a message from the manager sincerely apologising and inviting me back for a complimentary meal for myself and my partner to make it up to me. An extremely generous gesture. but please be assured that not being the reason for the postive review. They were obviously not on their usual form when we went there previously; and the service and quality we received this time I can guarantee is their standard. We will definaitely become regualars and so should you...
