Rock Girl†‬is a grassroots public art and education campaign to raise awareness for the need of†‬“safe spaces—‬ from violence†‬— particularly for women and young girls†‬— in the form of benches in and around the city.
The Safe Spaces campaign was inspired by a group of Grade†‬7†‬learners†‬from Manenberg.â€

The `Daddy' in Cape Town, as it's affectionately known, is famous for its Airstream Rooftop Trailer Park, Pink Flamingo open-air cinema, and multi-genre live music - all novel adventures on the hotel's roof overlooking the city. They've also just launched a new menu for their in-house restaurant, L'Apero. Expect fresh fish, sizzling steaks, traditional pastas and salads, as well as decadent signature desserts, from this family-style menu. The cost is R120 per person.
